Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to carry out the rehabilitation, elevation and extension work of the Anatole-France school group Sis 2 rue Bara in Levallois. The total useful surface is approximately 6,500 m2, the existing frame counting to date 4,047 m2 (excluding demolitions plannedIn the operation, excluding technical premises, excluding release, excluding cellars and levels). Extended and renovated, the equipment will allow reception: nursery school, elementary school, a maternal leisure center, an elementary leisure center as well as the shared and common premises, ofTwo function dwellings for guards. The current work has 1 basement level, 1 ground floor, 2 floors. The markets are subject to the provisions of the public procurement code. This document is designated by the term "the code" in all the documents of the consultation. Theyare governed by the provisions of the Key of General Administrative Clauses applicable to public works contracts, approved by the decree of March 30, 2021. An open tender procedure is launched in application of the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 ofCode.
