Description:
The operation involves the rehabilitation and extension of the Rol-Tanguy house, the former town hall of Venissieux built at the end of the 19th century and today unoccupied, located at 21 place Leon Sublet. The future building will accommodate two exhibition spaces (permanent and temporary), an auditorium, a educational action room and a reception and opening space. The cultural equipment will be dedicated to the history and memory of the town and its inhabitants, and will more particularly highlight certain features constituting the town's identities, such as its horticultural tradition, its engagement during the Second World War, the importance of working history, and the contribution of foreign populations who settled there. This contract includes the work of all trades of rehabilitation and extension as well as the completion of the scenographic development project future equipment
