Description:
The purpose of this consultation is one: project management march for the rehabilitation and extension work of the Bel Air A Torcy school group (77)
The Bel Air school group was built in 1962 and it is the oldest among the school groups located in the town ofTorcy. It has the particularity of having an educational farm within it, managed by the directors of the establishment, as well as an urban park nearby, recently rehabilitated. The school has two entries: one to the west for nursery school, the access of which is made byA pedestrian alley, the other to the north for the elementary school by the rue du Perrier, a single way to traffic.
The operation aims to fully restructure buildings in order to meet new functional and regulatory requirements, especially in terms of fire safety andaccessibility PMR. It aims to renovate all the establishments thermally and create in extension the catering and the caretaker's accommodation. All buildings will be rehabilitated.
The estimated amount of the cost of work is, in value June 2024, of 7,700,000 euros excl.design).
