• The purpose of this consultation is the rehabilitation of the climate plan and improvement of the quality of service of a real estate group of 82 housing units located at 96/98 rue du Théâtre 75015 Paris. The contract will be treated at a mixed price, including a fixed part and a part at unit prices, the latter will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 800,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax over its total duration.
