Avene tanks: - Lot 1: Rousson - Canabias - Lot 2: Saint Sebastine d'Aigrefeuille - Carnoules - Lot 3: Ales - Larnac - Lot 4: Mons - Mons 1 - Lot 5: Rousson - Plateau - Lot 6: Saint Jean du Pin - Tresmont the Public Buyer isAdjudicator entity in accordance with articles L1212-1 to L1212-3 of the public procurement code. Joint or solidarity business groups are admitted. The agent must be duly appointed in the letter of application or in the dume and cannot represent in this capacity more than onegrouping for the same market.
