This batch is the subject of a new consultation procedure after the same batch was declared without continuation within the framework of the procedure launched on 08/07/2024, published in Boamp/Play, as well as on the Buyer Eguadeloupe profile. The declaration without follow -up results from the insufficiency of Precision of data relayed in the price sheet attached to the DCE, with the direct consequence, a poor apprehension of the need to be satisfied by the candidates for the market.
