Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the regional road transport services on behalf of EFS Auvergne Rhone Alpes (EFS aura) of Labile Blood products (PSL), organic samples, tissues and cells and other (consumables, internal mail, empty containers, etc.)a public transport services market, the holder of which will be responsible for transporting goods directly (and not a public transport commissioner market). The offers of the transport commissionaries will be considered irregular; in addition, it is recalled that theTotal subcontracting of transport services is prohibited. The consultation is allotted in 6 lots, each batch giving rise to a public market. Economic operators can present offers for one, several lots or all lots. The same economic operator can be awarded aOnly lot, several lots or all of the lots. For a provisional basis, the market notification is scheduled for July 15, 2025. The start of transport services is scheduled for the month of September 2025. The public market resulting from this consultation will constitute a mono framework agreementassignee executed by the issue of order orders. The framework agreement (each batch) will be concluded with an annual minimum commitment in quantity (kilometers for lots 1 to 5 and pallets for lot 6) and a maximum commitment in value for 48 months.
