Haute-Savoie Habitat has the will to regenerate green spacesThrough this maintenance contract and wishes to be supported by companies in order to change the maintenance practices of green spaces.
The market provides two management plans: the regenerative management plan and the classic management plan. The will of Haute-Savoie Habitat is to be able toOpt for the most appropriate management plan for its green spaces, depending on the relationship with the company, residents and the needs of the sites.
The place of performance of the services by lot and the distribution of services appear in appendix 1 (decomposition table of lots) of the CCTP.This list is likely to evolve under the conditions set out in article 7 of the CCAP
