Description:
The site is cut into 2 phases: - The 1st phase: work in the workshops of the premises with the demolition and modification of the openings of sectional doors and, masonry for the creation of future storage premises. An electrical intervention for safety and A workshop side repair as well as the installation of sectional doors. - The 2nd phase: work on offices and common areas (changing rooms and sanitary facilities) with the renovation of premises and external arrangements (coated, washing area, PMR ramp, etc.). Demolition for complete redevelopment of premises, Insulation from the outside, replacement of all joinery, repair of the electric parts as well as the entire heating system and VMC, more flexible ground or tiling. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The overall 11 -month execution period includes the period of preparation and time to execute work. The provisional date of work is October 2025
