Description:
This consultation concerns the overhaul of the archival information system (SIA) of the Departmental Archives of Mayenne: dissemination of digital archives and research instruments, CMS and search engine - Implementation, maintenance, assistance and associated services. The award procedure used is the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is passed in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The minimum and maximum amounts for the duration of the contract are set as follows: 100,000 euro(s) HT / 200 000 euro(s) HT
