Description:
The purpose of the market is to entrust a service provider with an editorial and communication mission for the needs of the city of Plessis-Robinson. It is a mono-attribute "composite" framework agreement (allocated to a single economic operator), not allotted, the homogeneous nature of the servicesNot relevant the devolution in separate lots (a devolution in separate lots would risk making technically difficult and financially more expensive the performance of services). The services subject to the market will be paid as follows: = at a global and annual price (cf.Article 3.1 of the act of engagement) for services relating to part I of article 3 of the specific clauses (CCP); = to order form in application of article L.2125-1 1 of the public procurement code and articles R.2162-2 and R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the codeof the public procurement as well as on the basis of the unit prices indicated in the BPU of the holder, for the services relating to Part II of article 3 of the specific clause notebook (CCP).
