Recurrent and occasional cleaning services of the premises. The purpose of this market is to execute the cleaning services of the premises located in Nanterre, at the Maison des Projects, belonging to Paris La Defense as well as other specific and exceptional services that can intervene on other sites. The premises are made up of office surfaces, a reception that can receive public and a friendly space. This market is made up of recurring services for cleaning office spaces (floors, walls, etc.) but also more punctual services (glazing) or exceptional. House of projects (see appendix 1 and 2 of the CCP): This building located in the ZAC des Groues in Nanterre, is a ground floor of a total area of 620 m2, mainly in the glass space. This space is a place open to the public for the marketing of house buildings, offices and shops. - The building is made up of 4 offices, a conference room, conviviality spaces, a reception area to receive the public, a kitchen as well as 3 sanitary facilities. - PVC, waxed concrete and parquet floor coverings. - Glass facade. - Occupation 7/7- from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (workforce of around 30 people) - site closure of approximately 3 to 4 weeks during leave periods.
