Description:
Recruitment of a Master's team composed of at least an Architect, agent, a structural design office (or internal skills at the architecture firm), a fluid/thermal design office (or internal skills at the architecture firm) and an OPC (or internal skills at the Architecture office).
These skills are mandatory and must be clearly expressed in the application file, under penalty of exclusion.
The architect may possibly subcontract the skills of the design offices but must present the files during the application phase, with the same required documents.
Only design offices and/or OPCs may present themselves with several architects.
A basic mission will be entrusted, in a firm phase (APS APD PRO sketch + partial EXE ACT VISA DET AOR) + an OPC mission in an optional phase.
The Project Owner will reserve the right to strengthen or not the optional tranche.
The Project Management Contract will be subject to a social integration clause, future works contracts will also be subject to it.
Contract notification Project management and start of studies planned for May 2026.
The overall market time frame of Moe (Design/Works + Project Owner validations) will cover 29 months + 12 months GPA.
Future work will be carried out in separate trades, start-up is planned for September 2027
