Description:
The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. Each lot will be awarded separately. THE Services are paid by fixed prices. The service covered by this contract consists of carrying out development work within the confines of the former Marceau barracks, making it possible to develop new public spaces (roads, spaces green spaces, event space, pedestrian paths, parking lots, etc.), to make 4 building lots serviceable and to create new access from the outside (opening of the barracks enclosure, stairs, structures)
