Reconstruction of the Coutances wastewater treatment station (3 lots with hours insertion) Lot n 1: Construction including roads n 2: Deconstruction of old workslot n 3: landscaping including visit circuit and support measures
The operation consists in rebuilding on the current site (avenue de Verdun - 50200 Coutances) a new station purification with a nominal capacity of 15,000 EH scalable at 20,000 EH.
Lot 1 includes:
- The construction of a new treatment plant (STEP) whose earthworks, drainage and low water supply, foundations, the entire structural work, second work and development premises, the installation of electromechanical and hydromechanical equipment as well as electricity-automatism;
- the implementation of regulatory self -monitoring of collective sanitation systems in accordance with the decree of July 21, 2015;
- an analysis of pyrotechnic risks and prior security work on the site;
- the adjustments of roads and various networks to ensure easy exploitation;
- the architectural integration of installations in their immediate environment;
- the start -up of the installations and the execution of the tests during Works according to booklet n 81 Title II;
- The emptying and cleaning of old works before their demolition.
