- The department of Vendee has decided to rebuild the Jean and Auguste Renoir college in La Roche-sur-Yon intended to accommodate 800 students, including the integration of SEGPA premises into the college.
This operation also provides for the demolition of existing buildings after commissioning new premises.
The overall duration of execution of the work is estimated at 40 months (excluding 30 -day preparation period) from the date fixed by the work start service order.
As such a work market will be launched in September 2025, it will be broken down into 21 lots treaties at flat prices.
The start of work is envisaged for February-March 2026.
This opinion aims to inform economic operators of the preparation of this market in order to allow them to anticipate their response
