Reconstruction and reinforcement of the RD 28.de Maubeuge jointly envisage the realization of work on the RD 28 on the territory of the municipality of Maubeuge, consisting in:- reconstruction and strengthening of the road, from 0+0000 to Pr 1+0300- The requalification of the shoulders (sidewalks and existing parking)
TheMunicipality of Maubeuge and the Department of the North decided to jointly pass the market for the realization of this work of development of the RD 28 and its shoulders, and to constitute as such a group of orders.
The market includes two headings:

- Departmental project mastery
