The duration of the planned operation is 5 years from its notification date.
Pursuant to article L2125-1 1 of the public procurement code, the duration of the Lot 2 market is however 4 years from its date of notification

Reconditioned IT equipment
For Lot 2, this is a framework agreement in the form of a ordering market in application of items R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code with a single operator and over 4 years the amounts are without minimum and with a maximum of 150,000 Euro (s) HT. It will take the form of a market reserved for specialized insertion structures (article L.2113-13 of the code of the Public procurement) or disability (article L.2113-12 of the public procurement code)
