Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to appoint holders of the framework of reloading and reprofing of rail in tram curve including the following services:
- Recharge to the Rail PLC
- Rail reprofing grinding
- Rail profile statement before and after recharge
It is a framework agreement for multi-attribute work, with a minimum amount and a maximum amount of orders placed to holding companies, distributed as follows:
- Firm duration (2 years): minimum amount: 900,000 euros (s) HT / Maximum amount: 2,200,000 euros (s) HT
- 1st year of renewal: minimum amount: 450,000 euro (s) excl.
- 2nd year of renewal: minimum amount: 450,000 euro (s) excl.
- 3rd year of renewal: minimum amount: 450,000 euro (s) excl. : 1,100,000 Euro (s) HT
- 4th year of renewal: minimum amount: 450,000 euro (s) excl.
2 companies maximum will be retained for this framework agreement.
This framework agreement will be executed as the order is issued in accordance with the article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code, according to the procedure so-called detailed in the contractual documents of the framework agreement
