- This consultation concerns the reception, transfer and treatment of green sorted green waste.
She is alloty:
Lot n 1: reception and transfer of green waste;
Lot n 2: reception and treatment of green waste.
This is a multi-attribute framework agreement, divided to Order orders in accordance with articles R2162-4, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the same code, whose thresholds for the initial duration of the market, are as follows:
- without minimum;
- Maximum for all the attributors of Lot 1: 45,000 tonnes over the duration of the market which is 4 years;
- Maximum for All the attributors of Lot 2: 120,000 tonnes over the duration of the market which is 4 years.
The maximum number of holders is set at six for lot 1 and six for lot 2.
