Description:
This consultation is carried out in the form of Adapate procedure. It concerns the choice of a service provider to carry out maintenance, restoration or improvement of aquatic and humid environments. These terms must be understood to carry out work in a minor and major bed ofrivers but also in wetlands. This is a framework agreement for work orders. The renewal of the market is done annually or when the maximum amount of the market is reached by registered mail. The maximum renewal number is 3 (three) the annual amount is 250000 € HT maximum. The work will be ordered via order form on the basis of a unit price slip. They will be carried out on the territory of the Arques watershed (radius of 50km maximum around Neufchatel en Bray) the market is not allotted and does not authorize variants. THEChoosing criteria are specified in the consultation regulations: 50% technical offer / 50% price
