The consultation is not allotted.
It includes construction work of 52 housing units and rehabilitation of 78 housing units.
Construction component:
-Construction of 52 housing units, 34 of which in building D in R+8 and 18 in building E in R+2.
- Demolition of the Annex Boxes Boxes and OM Shelter ;
-Construction of a gross shell for offices
-Creation of a parking lot on two basements of subsoil made up of 108 places including 4 places for the future buyer of the Brute hull (office)
-Refection of the outdoor spaces of the residence
The living space (shab) overall housing is 3111.84 m2.
The floor area for offices is 468 m2.
Rehabilitation component relates to rehabilitation of three buildings representing 77 dwellings
