Description:
This call for tenders is part of the will of the departmental Energies (SDE) unions to offer members of the grouping concrete solutions to support them towards energy sobriety.
Faced with current challenges related to global warming and the need to reduce Energy costs, controlling energy consumption and the development of renewable energies have become major issues for all communities.
The purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust a specialized service provider, such as a design office, the missions of support necessary for communities to help them make the energy optimization of their heritage.
To do this, the market is structured in three distinct services:
1) Assistance with Building Project Management: Lot 1 (SDEEG), Lot 2 (Sydec), lot 3 (TE47)
2) Mastery Building work: lot 4 (sdeeg), lot 5 (Sydec), lot 6 (TE47)
3) Assistance with project management / project management - Thermal installation: lot 7 (SDEEG), lot 8 (Sydec), lot 9 (TE47)
