Description: Benefits are available in the form of the following price slips (BP):
• BP N ° 1: Realization of a study,
• BP # 2: Realization of 5 (five) full SEM-Grid systems with replacement elements and acceptance tests. These systems are planned for the qualification of IPHI.
• BP # 3: Realization of 5 (five) complete SEM-Grid systems comprising FEE, replacement elements and acceptance tests. These systems are planned for the qualification of mercury.
• BP # 4: Realization of 3 (three) full SEM-Grid systems including the Fee and Acceptance Tests, these systems are planned for the qualification of March.
• BP No. 5: Realization of a full Sem-Grids system including the Fee and Acceptance Tests. This system is provided as an alternative element.
