- The purpose of this specifications is to define the work concerning all the necessary works, as part of the installation work of photovoltaic panels in collective self-consumption, on the roof of the Jean Jaures school group, located at 10 rue Desire Granet in Vitry-sur-Seine (94,400). The project is part of the process of sustainable development and environmental policy of the city of Vitry-sur-Seine. The city, anxious to show an example for the activities and projects that take place in its territory, has decided to invest in projects of Photovoltaic panels, which will operate in collective self-consumption, and can supply with green energy part of the municipal buildings. The project mentioned in this CCTP is part of one of the commune's renewable energy investment projects. It consists of installation From 268 panels representing an area of 512m2, on the roof of the Jean Jaures school group (building in R+2), and works necessary for their commissioning and operation. The work will be done on a semi-occupied site (activity of the leisure center over the month from July), which requires the implementation of certain measures and rigorous planning, detailed below. The work must be carried out according to forced delays and take place during the period of summer school holidays, between July 7 and September 1, 2025, Dates to which the school group is not in operation. These calendar constraints are to be observed for reasons of safety of users and workers. The project takes place near a protected building (the Vitry-sur-Seine church) and subject to the advice of the ABF.
