Description:
The purpose of this market is to carry out the surveys for perception and online satisfaction with subscribers to the Ile-de-France Mobilites bicycle services. The first mission concerns the long -term rental service Veligo rental. These investigations aim to measure, in a contractual, the global collection indicator (IGP) of the service as part of the Public Service Delegation (DSP) Veligo Rental. This indicator is the subject of a financial incentive for the DSP holder. The first satisfaction surveys will start from January 1 2026.The market holder will be responsible for the entire implementation system for perception surveys, in particular: the construction of the content of the questionnaires which will be administered; the development of the planning planning of the questionnaires; the management of mailings to subscribers, Including the reminders necessary to maximize the answer rate; accommodation of online questionnaires, on its own platform; the transmission of results files on the quality of service monitoring platform of Ile-de-France Mobilites; reprocessing of the results, if necessary, in order to ensure its quality and readability.
