The Contract Object of the Present Consultation Concerns the Realization with Industrial Establishments Located in the Circumscription of the Adour-Garonne Water Agency with a View to Determining the Charge for Non-Domestic Water Pollution : 1. On-Site Metrological DiagnosticsDevices for counting volumes withdrawn and self-monitoring devices for discharges; 2. Preliminary Visits And General Measurement Campaigns; 3. Industrial Waste Water Analysis.

Description of services: - Lot 1 concerns services relating to self-monitoring diagnostics and general measurement campaigns for industrial sites: diagnostics of devices for counting the volumes sampled, diagnostics of self-monitoring devices for discharges(regular monitoring of discharges and avoided pollution device), preliminary visits and general measurement campaigns with a view to determining the fee for pollution of industrial water (specific pollution coefficient and evaluation of the performance of waste water treatment devicesffluents).
