Framework Agreement Works with Multi Association Order Points (3 lots) with minimum and maximum amounts, procedure launched on the call for open tenders (2124-2 1 of the CCP)
The contract has passed within the framework of a group of orders. The city of Saint-Nazaire acts as a coordinator of a groupof orders concluded between the city of Saint-Nazaire, Saint-Nazaire Agglomeration- La Carene and the city of Montoir-de-Bretagne.
