Description:
The consultation is launched in the form of a tender open according to articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R.2162.1 and following of the public procurement code.
The market is concluded by the framework agreement fixing all the contractual stipulations (executed by means of purchase orders) and at prices unit.
It is allocated to 3 attributes to a minimum and at maximum.
The services will be the subject of a single market.
Pursuant to article L2113-11 of the CCP, the choice of not allotting this market is justified by the following reason (s): s):
