The consultation relates to the realization of geotechnical studies on the heritage of the city of Puteaux.

all of the controls and expected services are described in the specific technical clauses (C.C.T.P.) and in the unit price slip (B.P.U.).passed according to a tender procedure opened in application of article R.2124-2 1 of the public procurement code.
Realization of geotechnical studies on the heritage of the city
given the uncertain volume of geotechnical studies to be carried out each year, the market is a framework agreementMono-attribute, which runs to order form, within the meaning of articles R2162-4 2 , R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The order thresholds to intervene, are as follows:
- without an annual maximum amount
- Annual maximum amount: 200,000 euros H.T.

The maximum amount indicatedAbove does not correspond to the estimate of orders provided for by the contracting authority.

Estimated, the contracting authority could order up to 120,000 euros HT of studies per year.
