- The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out fraud surveys on bus and tram lines, if necessary, operated as part of the various concessions and public market in Île-de-France on the one hand, and the realization audits on these various contracts on the other hand. It also relates to the carrying out of fraud surveys on the tram lines operated by the RATP in order to obtain a "zero point" allowing to prepare for the competition of this mode .
