The purpose of this consultation is the purpose of design-realization services in the context of a 325 dwelling rehabilitation operation and the demolition of 34 dwellings in the Balance district in Grigny (91).
This consultation is a design-realization market allowing, in accordanceIn article L. 2171-2 of the public procurement code, the buyer to entrust an economic operator an mission relating both to the establishment of studies and the execution of the work.
This consultation is made according to the procedure of the competitive dialogue, in accordance with the provisions of theArticles R. 2124-5 and R. 2124-3 of the public procurement code.
The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the preprogram.
The financial envelope is estimated at 10,500,000.00 euros (s) ht. This market provides optional tranches.
The overall durationProvisional of execution including the execution of all optional tranches, is thirty-six (36) months, from the service order (OS) of overall starting with twelve (12) months for the design phase and twenty-four (24) months including five (5) months of site preparation for thePhase of carrying out the work (site of site preparation included).
