The work subject to the consultation relates to the construction of a building in R+5 representatives 121 housing units, a car park in R-1 of 59 parking spaces and 1287m2 of commercial premises on the ground floor.
The consultation is allotted in two lots:
Lot n 1: envelope
Lot n 2: work Interieurs/VRD/Green Spaces
No slice or phase.
