Description:
Following the general and technical agreement between the concessionaires and municipalities concerned, the stipulations of this specific technical clauses (C.C.T.P.) are intended for earthworks, the supply and installation of equipment (excluding orange), provisional repair in the L2T project, definitive repair outside the perimeter of the L2T project and signaling on the outskirts of the construction sites of the deviation operation and modification of networks in the case of a common trench or alone linked to the work of the completion of the second line of tramway and its components on the territory of the metropolis of Tours. The parties each intervene as a contracting authority and/or master of work for the networks of which they are owners, operators or concessionaires (infrastructure and installations) .
