Description:
This market is intended to provide the elements to the National Center for the Territorial Public Service to understand the difficulties of access to its training offer and to offer avenues for improvement to remedy it. It is a question of conducting a study made up of 3 phases. Phase 1:Development of the framing note (30 days). Phase 2: Intermediate observation and summary report of data collection (120 days). Phase 3: Final report of the evaluation with proposal of operational tracks for improvement, in particular in terms of dissemination, structuring ofthe offer and support for communities as well as agents (45 days).
