Creation of an application solution allowing the online declaration of public electricity energy service charges as well as the declaration of costs and revenue of electricity production facilities from renewable energy and cogeneration. This is a market Composite composed of an ordinary market at a global and flat-rate price relating to the design/realization of the application solution and (TMA) and a mono-attribute framework agreement on the price of the price set to the unit price slip (BPU), without minimum amount and with maximum duration of the market of € 200,000 excl. Tax, for evolutionary maintenance services and reversibility.
