This market is a framework agreement for order formal with maximum quantities within the meaning of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the public procurement code. It is concluded for a first period from September 1, 2025 (from January 1, 2026 for lot 204) to August 31, 2026, renewable 3 times toA period of one year, without exceeding the date of August 31, 2029. The market is concluded with maximum quantities. The maximum annual quantities correspond to the quantities estimated annual, indicated in Annex 1 to the CCAP and in Annex 1 at the attr1, multiplied by 6 and by lot.
