Description:
The duration of the market runs from the date of notification until the receipt of the work incumbent on the holder (after complete carrying out of the work, folding down site installations, restoration of land and premises and reception of the work). The maximum execution time of Works is set at 60 calendar days (excluding preparation period for 20 calendar days), unless there is a shorter period offered by the holder in his AE. The period of execution starts from the date fixed by OS prescribing the market holder to start the execution of the work. Arrangements Particular execution - Constraints of the site: all the work will be carried out under the RD cut and access to the site will be prohibited to the public throughout the duration of the work. A site barrier system (HEAS type) will be implemented to delimit the work zone. The barriers' system should be maintained throughout the work
