Description:
The entrepreneur is attracted to the fact that the embankments border a departmental road. It is therefore up to him to make the necessary arrangements for the protection of all existing goods and persons. All the work will be carried out under the RD cut and access to the site will beprohibited to the public for the duration of the work. A site barrier system will be implemented to delimit the work zone (Heras barriers, or other device). The duration of the market runs from the date of notification until the receipt of the work incumbent on the holder(After complete realization of the work, folding down site installations, restoring land and premises and reception of the work). The preparation period is set for a period of 30 calendar days. The maximum period of execution of the work is set at 90 calendar days (excludingpreparation period), except shorter period proposed by the holder in his act of commitment
