Description:
The Metropolis of Orleans, competent in the creation, development, maintenance and management of heat networks has decided to entrust to a third party, within the framework of a delegation of public service lasting 10 years, design, financing, realization, maintenance, Renewal and modernization of the Public Service for the Production and Distribution of Urban Heating on part of its territory: Orleans La Source, Olivet and Fleury Les Aubrais. In this context, Dalkia will ensure as a delegated client, on behalf of the ecome, the realization production and heat distribution facilities. To this end, work to integrate an eco-manure is planned, in order to recover the energy of the smoke from the DBO biomass cogeneration center. The addition of an eco-condseror impacts the characteristics of the smoke, which requires to modify the tubing of the chimney.
