- This consultation concerns: Reservation service services-rail transport for the Directorate of Children and Youth Protection (DPEJ).
This market is to call on a service provider who will ensure on behalf of the Directorate of Protection of the Protection ofChildhood and youth (DPEJ), the purchase and delivery of rail transport titles for children and young adults placed with childhood social assistance and their supporters. The holder will be mission:
- to allow the DPEJ to choose and reserve transport titlesRailways with the best possible tariff conditions via a digital platform, while respecting the travel policy defined by the management
- to deliver or deliver rail transport securities by electronic route (printable and/or e-taillets) and/or by withdrawal on terminalsIn station.
- Inform about the conditions of exchange and cancellation of rail transport titles
