This market is a multi-attribute framework agreement with subsequent markets, aimed at "qualitative study benefits" for Arte France. The market is broken down into 5 (five) lots.

It is specified that the framework agreement will be concluded, for each of the 5 (five) lots, without minimum and withThe maximum amount indicated below:

- Lot n 1: Fictions / cinema Studies
maximum amount of 500,000 euros excl. Tax over the duration of the framework agreement (4 years maximum)

- Lot n 2: Documentary studies
maximum amount of 500,000 euros excl.: Magazines Studies
Maximum amount of 800,000 euros HT over the duration of the framework agreement (4 years maximum)

- Lot n 4: STUDIES SHOWS LIVE
maximum amount of 500,000 euros HT over the duration of the framework agreement (4 years maximum)

- Lot n 5: Studies Digital platforms
maximum amount of 800 of 800000 euros HT over the duration of the framework agreement (4 years maximum)

It is also specified that these maximum amounts do not constitute an indication of the budget of Arte France but rather the maximum ceiling that the framework agreement corresponding to each of the 5 (five) lots will not be able to exceed over timeMaximum market (4 years maximum).
