La Poste will launch the first consultations at within this qualification system from 03/01/2026. Qualification of road freight carriers to provide parcel delivery services for the Ile-de-France region Qualification of economic transport operators road transport of goods for the provision of Parcel delivery services to individuals, at home, in post offices, in Voisins relays, in relay points and in lockers and, where applicable, associated services for the benefit of La Post, from postal sites located in the Ile de France region. Economic operators must be able to carry out services throughout the Ile de France region (departments 75, 77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 94 and 95).
