Description:
Qualification of professionals specialized in the construction of mobile terminals in order to identify, select and test models of mobile terminals (smartphones, tablets and rugged terminals). This system aims to qualify economic operators specializing in the construction of mobile terminals capable of meeting the technical and functional requirements defined by La Poste. The models selected following tests and selection will make it possible to create a catalog of mobile terminals which will be offered to La Poste SA and certain of its subsidiaries (The Consumer and Digital Branch, the Parcel Mail Services Branch, La Banque Postale, Docapost, Chronopost, DPD) to be put into competition within concluded markets with mobile terminal distributors. This qualification system includes a single batch, and La Poste will initiate the first consultations from February 20, 2026.
