Qualification system for economic operators road transport of goods for the provision of transport services for mail, parcels, press and goods on the national territory and European zone on behalf of La Poste / Viaposte Transport Management The qualification system road transport is used by Viaposte Transport Management (VTM) and La Poste for the allocation of all their regular postal product transport lines. It can also be used for setting up lines cyclical/supplementary. The qualification system is made up of 3 lots: - Lot 1: National transport services for heavy goods vehicles (semi-trailer/carrier/swap body assembly, etc.) and light vehicles - (Extra zone services) - Lot 2: International transport services for heavy goods vehicles (semi-trailer/carrier/swap body set etc.) and light vehicles Services are provided between mainland France and the European geographic area. - Lot3: Transport services regional in Heavy Goods (Semi-trailer/Carrier/Swap Body Set/etc) and Light Vehicles - (Intra zone services, including DROM) Candidates may request to be qualified for one, several or all of the lots. The regulation of the system qualification is given free of charge to each economic operator who wishes it. VTM/La Poste will launch the first consultations within this qualification system...
