Description:
With the aim of being part of a united, reasoned and effective approach to Local Urban Management, ALOGEA and the City have created a group of orders, whose coordinator is the City, allowing each of its members to sign a framework agreement according to their own needs. with a common beneficiary. This is a market for integration and professional qualification services reserved for integration structures through economic activity mentioned in Article L. 5132-4 of the Labor Code and for equivalent structures, whose support services consist of in the maintenance of roads and green spaces in the neighborhood.
In accordance with article R2123-1 3 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract relating to social services is subject to an adapted procedure.
The contract will take the form of a framework agreement executed by purchase orders and concluded with a single operator.
The framework agreement will be concluded from its notification until December 31, 2027.
