Description:
Purpose of the market: Uvre mastery services for the overhaul of the job classification grid and the ASSO AGS remuneration structure, from the design phase to the operational implementation.
The AGS wishes to be accompanied in the journal on the one hand of the job classification grid in connection with the construction of the repository of jobs and skills and on the other hand and in coherence, the structure of associated remuneration. Indeed, the renovation of the classification grid cannot intervene without taking into consideration the remuneration policy which is no longer adapted today. The objectives pursued are notably the following: -Rennforce the attractiveness of the AGS trades;-Return visible professional development paths; -Simplifying the remuneration structure;-put in place an equitable remuneration system in connection with the new European directive on the transparency of remuneration. It is the firm tranche of the market. An optional tranche is to be expected. It will relate to the drafting of chord projects and their appendices.
