Description:
The purpose of the market is the provisional development work of public spaces in phase 1 of the ZAC town hall district in La Courneuve
It includes a firm edge and three (3) optional slices whose consistency is as follows:
-Tranche farm relating to the VRD missions, notably :
▪ Site installations
▪ Preparatory and deconstruction work
▪ Territy
▪ backfilling follows to depollution work
▪ The Assainment
▪ Drinking water drainage
▪ Electricity
▪ Heating networks
▪ The roads
Optional slices concern installations shared site with real estate operators:
-Optional tranche 1:
Concrete oplate for the Enedis cabin;
-
Optional slice 2:
Land-length reversal oaire
-Optional tranche 3:
parking or parking;
ocher of a sales village area (servicing);
The market is concluded for a period of ten (10.5) months, one (1 and a half) months of preparation.
The period of execution of all the work (including optional tranches) is set at ten (10) months from the date of notification of the order of starting service of the preparation period.
THE Provisional planning is detailed in the annex to CCTP.
The duration of execution of the firm tranche is 9 months from the date of notification of the market.
