Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out mystery shopper type surveys aimed at measuring the quality of public service on the Valenciennes urban transport network in accordance with the provisions of the CCP. For information purposes, the provisional notification of the framework agreement is envisaged during the month of January 2026. The timing of notification of the framework agreement is given for information only. Therefore, the holder will not be able to raise any claim or claim compensation in the event of an extension of the said deadline. This framework agreement is established on the basis of the following articles of the Public Order Code: -Articles L1211-1 relating to contracting authorities; -Articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 relating to contracts awarded according to an adapted procedure; -Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 in the form of a single-award framework agreement by issuing vouchers order. In application of the provisions of articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code (CCP), the framework agreement is single-awarded and is executed by issuing successive purchase orders notified to the holder during the validity period of the framework agreement comprising a minimum of 40,000 Euros excluding tax and a maximum of 210,000 Euros excluding tax.
