Description:
The purpose of the consultation is to purchase plants and flowers for the town of Saint-Joseph. The form chosen is that of the framework agreement executed by means of purchase orders in application of articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. services are broken down into 2 lots, each giving rise to a separate contract, designated below, each giving rise to a separate contract. These lots as well as their amounts excluding tax, for the initial period of the market as well as for each renewal period if applicable, are defined as follows: - Lot n1 Plants - Flowers - Floral arrangements - Minimum amounts: 800 excluding VAT / Maximum: 8,000 excluding VAT, - Lot n2 Wreaths of death - Minimum amounts: 3,000 excluding VAT / Maximum: 20,000 HT.
